And all in the crowd were trying to touch him, for power came out from him and healed all of them.--Luke 6:19All. Of. Them. I find this amazing. No verbal request. No plea for healing. You just needed to be part of the crowd pressing in to touch him. The presence of Jesus brings healing for body, mind, and spirit.
Everywhere we go we present Jesus to someone. Keep that in mind as you go about your business today.
Lord, use me to bring healing to someone today,
with a touch or a smile, a kind word or generosity,
a prayer or a truth spoken in love.
Help me to understand what it means to be Your light
in a dark world.
"You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.
Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand,
and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light
shine before others, so that they may see your good works and
give glory to your Father who is in heaven. ..."
