"Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father."
Can you imagine angels gathering all causes of sin from among us? No temptation... no frustration... just love. To me it seems impossible and glorious all at the same time. Though we are not there yet, we can still shine like the sun into the dark places of life.
Where can you shine God's light today?
Lord, help me keep an eternal perspective.
Keep me focused on what is to come, what is to last forever.
May I live a life of light from this perspective.
The path of the righteous is like the first gleam of dawn,
shining ever brighter till the full light of day.
