Jesus alone is the only One who can conquer sin, sickness, and death.
So many times the written Word tells us, "Be not afraid, only believe." The promises of God may be, at times, all we have to hang on to for courage. Whether we realize it or not in these times --- when all is seemingly falling apart --- it may be the very opportunity to give glory to God, and most importantly, to put our whole trust in Jesus as our Lord and Savior.
Father God, help me to find courage in Your promises.
Your Word never fails.
Help me to see difficult times as an opportunity to glorify You
and not lose faith in the work that You are about,
in me and others.
